Cancellation Policy:
We would prefer you not to cancel at all, however, on the odd occasion, when circumstances conspire against you and you just have to cancel your booking we would ask for 14 days notice.
Cancellations within 7 days of stay are non refundable.
More than 7 days notice, all cancellations will be charged a $20 booking fee in addition to any deposits paid.
Sorry we do not transfer bookings or accept cancellations based on inclement weather.
